Mommy & Me Program Schedule
CLASSIC MOMMY & ME
TUESDAYS
35 minutes of dance, music, puppets, and sensory exploration followed by 20 minutes of open play. Every moment is designed to stimulate your little one’s senses and inspire their curiosity, all while deepening the special connection between you two.

SENSORY EXPLORERS WEDNESDAYS
Our Sensory Explorers class is a multi-sensory experience where little ones can squish, pour, mix, and create while strengthening essential skills.
Wednesdays from10:30-11:30am | Up to Age 4 | Ms. Tatiana $20SD Per Class
When signing up for programs for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete a full registration form, including waivers and family information. After that, future sign-ups will be much quicker—just a short form to add new class dates to your child’s schedule..

The Mama Coach Ms. Ashli
Breastfeeding can often be more challenging than we expect. Between navigating the flood of advice and trying to connect with and feed your little one, it can feel overwhelming at times. That’s where The Mama Coach, Ms. Ashli, comes in!
Ms. Ashli is a Registered Nurse with a background in NICU care, specializing in evidence-informed feeding and sleep support. She offers one-on-one lactation sessions tailored specifically to you, your baby, and your body. Whether you're struggling with breastfeeding, transitioning to a bottle, or seeking a personalized feeding plan for your family, Ms. Ashli will work with you to create a customized approach that suits your unique needs.
Sign up for a one-on-one session to receive compassionate, respectful advice, expert guidance, and practical tactics to help you navigate the feeding journey. With years of specialized experience in newborn care, Ms. Ashli is here to support you every step of the way—ensuring that feeding becomes a positive and nurturing experience for both you and your baby.
