Mommy & Me Program Schedule
READ, RHYME & PLAYTIME
NEW Join us for a playful and engaging early literacy experience designed for parents and their little ones!Together, we’ll explore stories, songs, rhymes, and activities that spark imagination and strengthen pre-reading skills. After our literacy session, enjoy 30 minutes of open play, giving children a chance to explore, socialize, and learn through play. This warm, interactive program helps children build vocabulary, listening, and comprehension—all while having fun and bonding with their caregiver.

SENSORY EXPLORERS
Our Sensory Explorers class is a multi-sensory experience where little ones can squish, pour, mix, and create while strengthening essential skills.

The Mama Coach Ms. Ashli
Breastfeeding can often be more challenging than we expect. Between navigating the flood of advice and trying to connect with and feed your little one, it can feel overwhelming at times. That’s where The Mama Coach, Ms. Ashli, comes in!
Ms. Ashli is a Registered Nurse with a background in NICU care, specializing in evidence-informed feeding and sleep support. She offers one-on-one lactation sessions tailored specifically to you, your baby, and your body. Whether you're struggling with breastfeeding, transitioning to a bottle, or seeking a personalized feeding plan for your family, Ms. Ashli will work with you to create a customized approach that suits your unique needs.
Sign up for a one-on-one session to receive compassionate, respectful advice, expert guidance, and practical tactics to help you navigate the feeding journey. With years of specialized experience in newborn care, Ms. Ashli is here to support you every step of the way—ensuring that feeding becomes a positive and nurturing experience for both you and your baby.
